Since 2001, we have provided over 200,000 continuing education programs in the law to Ohio nurses and pharmacists.

Besides the many kudos we get for presenting straight-forward CE programs, occasionally we here at Ohio Nursing Law/Ohio Pharmacy Law are asked: why do we charge for our CE programs? Why can't this be free?  The answer is: quality and convenience cost money. It takes work to create these programs, and get these programs approved by the respective Ohio boards of Nursing and Pharmacy. We then pay all of the publishing and mailing costs to send our programs directly to every healthcare professional’s front door. We then pay people to open your mail, grade your answer sheet, create the certificate of participation, and mail it back to you. We offer a full-time website and part-time phone service to answer your questions. We take no monies from drug companies – only your fees run our service. We do all of this with the hope that enough of you will appreciate the quality and convenience of our CE programs to let us recover the many thousands of dollars spent in upfront development, publishing and mailing costs.
